Kaleidoscope's Program for Teachers
About *ENDOW*
Teachers are a school’s most precious asset. The more schools invest in teachers, the easier it gets for schools to achieve their vision, mission, and goals. The best school would be that which fosters in children a passion for continuous learning, a deep respect for Nature in all its forms, a desire to contribute to society, an ever-growing enthusiasm to live life and to love Life.
Artificial Intelligence could take over the whole area of teaching subjects, providing data, and making children think. Only human teachers can make children grow into respectful, nurturing, loving adults.
Children copy what teachers do. Children spend most of their waking hours with teachers. When a teacher lives mindfully, children become mindful. When teachers are happy, schools will be filled with happy children. For this we need to pay attention to our teachers first.
We need to endow our teachers with mechanisms that make them live and work with ease, success, and happiness. Ease here doesn’t mean to want an easy life. Ease means to face the small and big challenges of life with confidence and equanimity.
Endow is Kaleidoscope’s program to care for teachers. Through this program, schools would be able to nurture and support their teachers. Modules in this program provide teachers with specific concepts, exercises and tools that would help them become effective managers, enthusiastic and admirable leaders, sought-after teachers, irresistible role-models, and happy, healthy individuals.
Endow is composed of six independent modules. Each module is delivered in two to three hours.

AHA!

AHA!
Action, Happiness, Adventure!
Living in this volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous world, how could we help people deal with challenges when we don’t know the kinds of challenges that would come up? Is there something that would help people have the foundation and framework to deal with all kinds of situations? AHA! was born out of these questions.
Change is the only constant there is. This is a Universal truth, more relevant these days. The power lies in noticing and accepting the presence of change in every moment. Change opens doors to possibilities. Change allows transformation and brings in ease and freedom. Although change can be uncomfortable, it can be made easy and exciting. Change is a powerful choice.
AHA! gives you an experience of change made fun. AHA! leads you closer to easing into freedom, letting go of limits and delving into possibilities.
AHA! is a wonderful experience of easefully transforming oneself through a series of 12 activities to help with learning, changing, and growing mentally fit as also emotionally aware. The AHA! experience shows the pathway to bring in freedom and happiness every day.
What’s in it for teachers:
Teachers get to experience how very simple, small activities can help reduce tremendous stress and anxiety. They get to experience how to shift from fear to confidence and trust, using the power of their mind. Teachers will feel nurtured and supported. They will also learn to spare a few minutes every day to nourish and support themselves.
Intercept the Sabotage

Intercept The Sabotage
What sabotage? Who is sabotaging whom? Are these your thoughts when you see the name of this module?
Don’t we all have days when our intentions for the day get sabotaged by some habitual thoughts, fears, or patterns?
-
We wish to complete some tasks, but we push them to another day. And in this process we feel burdened with an ever-growing to-do list.
-
We have a plan, and then create a plan B just in case plan A doesn’t work. And then we have a plan C and a plan D. And worry… what if…?
-
We experience stress because we are unable to get a particular outcome.
-
We get frustrated because people around us do not cooperate with us the way we want them to.
-
We get angry when someone says something we don’t like or behaves in a way that we feel is wrong.
These are just a few examples of how we are sabotaged.
Patterns of avoiding, controlling, judging and perfectionism are all saboteurs. Extreme need to please, achieve, be vigilant, feel victimized are some more saboteurs.
This program
-
helps you to identify your saboteurs,
-
shows you the impact of your saboteurs’ hijack of your daily life,
-
teaches you a method to intercept that sabotage and shift to a mindful space of informed choice.
What’s in it for teachers:
Teachers go through many sabotages all through the day at school. Teachers need to be helped with understanding what’s happening outside them as well as inside them. This experiential program provides teachers with a basic understanding of recognizing and intercepting their own saboteurs and teaches them how to shift out of the hijack back into a mindful space of informed choice. With regular practice, teachers will find themselves functioning with greater patience and ease all day long. This will of course bring about tremendous change in children as well as the entire atmosphere at school.
Understanding Personalities easily to Communicate effectively

Understanding Personalities easily to Communicate effectively
Have you ever wondered why people behave the way they do?
Have you ever wanted to understand yourself and others better?
Have you been desperate and at your wits end at times not knowing how to get across something very important to others?
A core need of every human being is to understand and be understood. Our lives and work are shaped profoundly by our personality. It is our personality that influences how we have conversations, resolve differences, deal with conflicts, the careers we choose and whether we succeed at them. It also governs whether we can be successful leaders, what motivates us, how much we learn from our mistakes and assert ourselves.
This program gives you the opportunity to discover who you really are and how to handle everyone who isn't like you. It teaches you a simple method using geometric shapes to know all personalities, what works for them and what triggers them. The program introduces you to Psycho-Geometrics®, a powerful methodology to decode your own personality, understand others and communicate effectively despite differences.
What’s in it for teachers:
Understanding oneself thoroughly is very critical to becoming a helpful role model for children. And this program is a beautiful way through which teachers can first understand themselves, what works for them, what doesn’t work for them and how to help themselves first. This would then lead to teachers creating a very understanding atmosphere amongst each other and then moving on to communicating even more effectively despite differences. This would build a strong cohesive team at school.
Managing and Leading with Heart and Mind

Managing and Leading with Heart and Mind (Part 1 and Part 2)
Do we know how to manage ourselves? Do we know how to effectively lead ourselves to live and work with ease, happiness, and success?
We tend to think Performance = Potential. This is not true.
Performance = Potential – Interference. This is the reality.
Interference is the biggest barrier. Interference is a constant stream of inner dialogue that goes on in a person’s mind. Much of this inner dialogue is habitual and unconscious. This stream of negative and unhelpful thoughts comprises of judgements of self and others, limiting beliefs, criticism, fears and doubts, insecurities, and expectations. This unhelpful inner dialogue produces many assumptions and conclusions, attributing meaning to any situation which may be far from the truth. This inner environment hinders a person’s ability to respond spontaneously and resourcefully to any situation, affecting performance in a big way. It leads to difficult interactions, conflicts and disappointments in interpersonal relationships, loss of time, having a disillusioned and energy-drained team at work.
The solution lies in shifting the inner dialogue from being an unhelpful interference to a helpful contributor. Achieving peak performance now becomes a breeze.
This program shows how to make this shift. A new helpful inner dialogue creates a shift from reacting to responding, from being judgmental to being accepting, and from surviving to thriving at work. And then Performance = Potential becomes a possibility.
What’s in it for teachers:
Teachers will understand and learn how to manage and lead themselves to live with ease, happiness, and success. This is of paramount importance.
Students would then experience loving and enthusiastic teachers who are energetic, loving, patient and calm as well as clear, firm, disciplined, consistent and authentic. When students see happy teachers living and leading with ease, they automatically learn to do the same. School becomes a heaven for students.
All About Habits

All About Habits
Aah! Good or bad, right or wrong, habits are powerful. Habits make you or break you. They are much more than what you think they are. Habits are a very critical ingredient for success and happiness. So, it surely pays to learn all about habits.
This experiential workshop shows you what makes habits so powerful and how to create, change & control your habits rather than letting your habits control you. The workshop looks at all kinds of habits- mental, emotional & physical. It also explains in detail the science of habits and gives you some tips and tricks to change habits with ease. Understanding the science of habits wholly is extremely enriching and exhilarating.
What’s in it for teachers:
Generationally, parents and teachers cause a lot of damage to a child’s psyche in their earnestness to teach good habits. Only much later when teenagers and young adults have mental health, behavioral, or anxiety issues do some adults around them realize how they have contributed to the problem. Unfortunately, by this time it gets difficult to undo the damage and heal the teenager / young adult.
This is a very important program for all teachers to know how the mind creates habits so that they can support children inculcate helpful habits, Needless to say, this program supports teachers to support themselves live and work with ease.
Everything for Goals

Everything For Goals
Achieving goals requires more than determination and hard work. It involves picking appropriate goals, framing them clearly, planning the tasks and executing them. Most of us already know all this, isn’t it? Do you also know two more crucial steps and one very important ingredient for achieving goals with ease?
This EFG workshop is a comprehensive program that supports you to make your own workbook for achieving goals consistently and effectively. It gives participants the formula for achieving academic, career and personal goals.
What’s in it for teachers:
This program equips and empowers teachers to achieve their own personal and professional goals with ease. Happy and successful teachers living and working with ease are very compelling role models for students. Students emulate their teachers. Need we say any more? (on how gifting this program to teachers would help your school.)
